I am a French professional Chef de Cuisine of 25 years of experience. Trained in Lyon France spend 11 years as Private Executive Chef for 4 United State Ambassador in Switzerland form 1983 to 1994. Work in well renown restaurants and hotels in the hospitality industry. Laid off in 2009 for economical reasons I have not being able to secure a job. Running out of unemployment two months a go I decided to return to school trying to obtain a pastry chef certificate with a solid and reputable training institute so I could open a restaurant and bistro in hiring only young veterans returning from war and training them in cooking, pastry and service.
